Boise to Montana to Wyoming to Boise
Guided Motorcycle Tour
My Boise Montana Wyoming Boise Loop
For this guided motorcycle tour, we start out in beautiful Boise, Idaho. From there we head up through the twisty roads of the great Sawtooth Mountains. as we pass through them you’ll understand why Ernest Hemingway fell in love with the Sawtooths. From there we'll pass through Missoula, Montana in route to Glacier National Park. We'll stop by the Lake McDonald to get our first glimpse of the Rockies. Even more accurate the Road to the Sun, the main reason we’ve ridden this far. Ok, I’d ride across country just so I could ride back. As we leave the lake we head up the Road to the Sun, it rises as it crosses back and forth by the side of the mountain. As you ride up your view is unobstructed, the only thing between you and the cliffs is the guardrail. Once reaching the back side of Glacier Park we head down south passing across Little Belt Mountain range before reaching Wyoming. Here we get to really climb a mountain, as we head across Beartooth Pass reaching almost 11’000’. You won’t find many highways at this altitude. Then we drop into Yellowstone National Park, with all it's wildlife and don’t forget Old Faithful. From there we move back to Idaho passing over the only bridge in the US that allows base jumping from it. Then its back to Boise, Idaho completing our loop.
